When to Write

You may wish to get in touch for any of the following reasons:

• Metadata corrections — if you notice an incorrect title, author name, publication date, or category placement. For example, a work listed under “Faith, Devotion & Religious Thought — Reader’s Shelf” that you believe belongs in “Sacred Texts & Theology: Sources & Perspectives.”
• File or reading issues — if an ebook fails to open, displays garbled text, or is unreadable on your device or browser. Please include the file format (EPUB, PDF, MOBI, etc.) and the device or software you were using.
• Accessibility problems — if you encounter barriers such as missing alt text, poor contrast, or screen-reader incompatibility. We are committed to improving the experience for all readers.
• Privacy questions — if you have concerns about how your data is handled when you use the site, or if you wish to request removal of any personal information inadvertently included in a catalogue entry.
• Copyright or rights concerns — if you believe a work in our catalogue is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights to a text and wish to discuss its inclusion. Please provide any supporting information you have.
• General editorial observations — suggestions for new categories, thematic groupings, or additional background resources that might enrich a reader’s understanding of a particular work.

What to Include in Your Message

To help us address your report efficiently, please include as many of the following details as are relevant:

• The exact URL (web address) of the page where you found the issue.
• The full title of the ebook and, if known, the author or editor.
• The file format you were using (EPUB, PDF, Kindle, etc.).
• The device, browser, or reading software you were using (e.g., iPad Safari, Calibre, Adobe Digital Editions).
• A clear description of the problem you observed. For metadata errors, specify the incorrect and correct information. For file issues, describe what happened (e.g., “the book will not open,” “images are missing,” “footnotes are not linked”).
• If your message concerns rights or copyright, please include any documentation or references that support your claim.

We read every message and take each report seriously. While we cannot guarantee a specific response time, we strive to acknowledge receipt and follow up as soon as we are able.
